Vitality Jumpstart Program

Feeling like you need some group support and motivation to start making changes and create some new habits for the new year? In this program, you'll get started on a new path full of energy and overall well-being as you get rid of what's weighing you down.

We'll cover:

  • Mindful Eating

  • Anti-Inflammatory Foods 

  • Digestive Support

  • Sugar Cravings

Each week there will be a group coaching call, worksheet for support and accountability,
and a r
ecipe booklet to inspire you in the kitchen.

This program is designed to bring you long-term sustainable change, not be another quick fix new year's resolution that only lasts a month!
