Raw Chocolate Mousse

 

Enjoy this sweet, creamy treat!

Don't forget the candle!

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full fat coconut milk (canned)

  • 3 tbs raw cacao powder

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 tbs chia seeds

  • 1 tbs pure maple syrup or raw honey

  • 4 medjool dates, chopped, pits removed

  • Pinch of Himalayan or Celtic sea salt

 

 

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy. That’s it!

 

Optional: Top with seasonal fruit, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts.
